Kalaghoda Festival Installation

The furniture was specifically designed for the Kala Ghoda festival (Mumbai art festival) in order to house the exhibits within it. The form is suggestive and leads people onto areas for viewing, represents the growth of complexity, in the existence of the city.Sitting and daily interactions. The low undulating surface encourages people to move closer the exhibits and intermingle with each other. The street furniture is made of corrugated sheets, resulting in a structurally sound system of components. The furniture is interactive, playful and metaphorically
